This course will describe the complex microbial ecology of the mouth, the microorganisms that live there, the organisms responsible for oral infections and their proposed pathogenic mechanisms. Their relationship with their human host including interactions with host defense systems will also be considered. General principles of microbiology and ecology will be emphasized as they related to the microflora of the mouth

The course also includes advanced study of the fundamental principles relating to the etiology , and pathogenesis of oral diseases as well as the applied aspects including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention. Focusing on The principles of immunology with emphasis on oral immunological processes which explain some oral pathological conditions including bacterial, viral infection.

This course includes endodontic literatures in the topics of basic endodontic information focuses on the pulp space morphology, endodontic coronal access, root canal instrument ( hand and rotary instruments) , three dimensional root canal instrumentation techniques, and three dimensional root canal obturation techniques. Firstly, the student will participate in endodontic procedures performed on extracted teeth. to preparing them to enter the dental treatment center, and perform endodontic procedures on a patient with high quality

This courseis focused on the advanced study of the morphology, physiology, and pathology of human dental pulp and periradicular tissues, and prepares dentists to diagnose and treat internal diseases and injuries of teeth. Includes instruction in theory and practice of endodontics; pulpal disease; relationship of endodontic conditions to other dental/oral health issues; endodontic operative technique; and patient care and management

Clinical endodontic practice in the areas of: ordinary endodontic cases, variety of non surgical procedures , complex endodontic cases, hemisection, root amputation, replantation, transplantation, endodontic implantation, endodontic microsurgery, vital pulp therapy, apexification, and bleaching are thoroughly reviewed, demonstrated, and practiced.
